CallBridge Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 6, 2026

This policy explains how Hidden service LLC (“CallBridge,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you use the CallBridge iOS and Android apps. CallBridge pairs an iPhone with an Android phone so the iPhone can control supported calls and text messages handled by the Android phone’s SIM.

Information the apps process

How information is used and transmitted

We use this information to create and maintain device pairing, provide call and messaging features, process subscription requests, and respond to support requests. The apps communicate with the CallBridge service at sim.amitecc.xyz over HTTPS and secure WebSocket connections. Information needed for the features you use is transmitted through that service between the paired devices.

Pairing credentials are stored in the apps’ private local storage so the connection can be restored. You can disconnect the iPhone from the app’s settings. Disconnecting removes the saved pairing from that device; it does not by itself delete information already held by the service.

Retention and deletion

Before publishing this policy, replace this paragraph with the service’s actual retention periods and deletion process. The app source alone does not establish how long the CallBridge server retains pairing records, subscription request details, connection logs, or relayed phone data, or how a user can request server-side deletion. Contact s19i@yahoo.com to ask about access or deletion.

Sharing

Information is transmitted to the CallBridge service to provide the requested features. Before publishing, identify any hosting providers or other service providers that can access this information, and describe any other disclosures made by the service. We do not make an advertising or analytics SDK part of the app in this build.

Security

App-to-service connections use HTTPS or secure WebSocket transport. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect your one-time pairing and activation codes and only pair devices you control.

Permissions and your choices

Android permissions control access to contacts, call history, SMS, microphone, and notifications. iOS microphone access is requested when call audio is enabled. You can deny or revoke permissions in device settings; features that depend on a permission may then be unavailable. You can disconnect a paired device in CallBridge settings.

Children

CallBridge is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly design the service to collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to the service, contact us so we can review the request.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or service changes. We will post the current version at this URL and update the effective date.
